My Golf Game is probably similar to Your Exercise Regime!!

I have played golf on and off since I was about 14. I won a tournament and got an 18 month membership at a lovely course in Bristol (used to be Tracey Park). I managed to get down to an 18 handicap, which at that course was fairly good!
I have recently take it up again and Oh Boy was I rubbish!!! 50 shots on a fairly short 9 hole!!
Well yesterday morning I went along to Ashton Golf Centre in Lancaster and had a 15 minute video lesson where the professional, Simon Lucas, assessed my swing. He looked at a couple of other issues and - YES YOU GUESSED it, I hit 100 golf balls this morning and reckon 85 went where I wanted them, even my 3 iron!!!!
Anyway, enough of this. My analogy between my golf and your fitness regime is this -

I had played quite a bit and really never got any better. After a 15 minute lesson I have improved. There is still a really long way to go though ;-)
