New Strength and Conditioning Programmes at Train Together!
We are currently running a Mens "Muscle Up" programme, 3 weeks in and already seeing some great gains!!
Next 8 week course will start soon - details to follow.
Not for the faint hearted - we train 3/4 times per week and you can expect improvements in strength and muscle tone!!
Ladies Strength and Conditioning starts next week and is already full. There will be another courses starting soon too - after the current Ladies Boot Camp ends.
With Summer fast approaching you can get exactly what you need training wise here at Train Together!!
We are also due to expand our facility, with the addition of another weights area, with some cardio machines too - treadmill, elliptical, bikes etc.
