2 PB's in One Session for Eddie and Great Body MOT results for Sara!!!
Well Done to Eddie for breaking his Rowing AND Cycling records in one session!!!
Also a massive congrats to Sara for all of her hard work since Xmas. It has paid off with some fantastic results from her Body MOT yesterday.
EVERY result going the right way - less bodyweight, more muscle, less bodyfat, less inches :-)

Set Small Targets to Gain Focus and Achieve!!
I recently set myself a CHALLENGE!! Get my 2000m rowing time down below 7 minutes again!
I have embarked on an 8 week programme looking at taking 10 to 20 seconds off of my current time of 7:09.6.
Not an easy task but one that gives me a target and focus!!
Often our goals and desires remain just that!! If however we break the ultimate goal into bite size chunks, with a training plan, then each milestone becomes a success and spurs you on even more!
It isnt an easy task to set achievable milestones. If it was we would all be doing it and achieving every day!
The plan may be to get Faster - Stronger - Toned - To Lose Fat - To Gain Weight!!

Amazing Day at Train Together!
Wow what a great day! Some excellent classes - KettleBell/Row, Classy Core, HIIT, Cycle Core and Tone, Boxercise and Weight Lifting x 2.
Fantastic efforts by all concerned with a few stand out moments -
Julie Evison strikes back and takes the Power Clean record with her PB of 42.5kg and then gains top spot in the Deadlift with 90kg.
Stephanie and Liz with some truly classy efforts in the Core class.
Chris and Chris blasting a great HIIT session.
Great efforts from all of the C C and T crew, with 4 newcomers leading the way - Tim, Barbara, Vicky and Juliette! Well done.
Laura (fresh back from sunny Darlington) and Charlotte massive efforts in the Weights class!
To end the day we had a big Boxercise class with a superb atmosphere - 1, 2, duck, 2, 3, Boosh!!!!

Sarah Rigby sets New Power Clean and Bench PB's!!
She smashed her PB in the Power Clean today with a great 40kg lift. Loads more in the tank too!!
Also, for good measure she took top spot in the Bench with 42.5kg.
All of this AFTER doing a tough circuit - truly massive effort. Well done!!!

Well my record has been smashed on the 500m Rowing Challenge!
I was contemplating banning the perpetrator - but have decided to get the lycra out of the box and train a bit harder instead!!
