Have you had a setback with your fitness or diet??

Do you know what - we have ALL faced these setbacks during our quests to be fitter, healthier, slimmer, faster or stronger!!
The difference now is that you have Sarah and me to get you through the barrier and move on again!

If you feel yourself struggling or battling against a workout, getting the time, choosing the right food etc - then give us a ring or drop an email/text. We will ring you back and get you over the hurdle, no matter what it is!!!

Lookng forward to seeing you back in the gym soon - and remember if you have a friend or family member that is struggling, get them to contact us or we can contact them with you and see if we can help!
